Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with all seals intact (if applicable). Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened and unused

  • In new condition and original packaging

  • Returned with a valid order number or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Items showing signs of use, missing components, or damaged/missing seals

How to Request a Return (Assisted Process)
To request a return, please email support@planteralab.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • A brief reason for the return (optional)

If your return is approved, our team will provide step-by-step instructions and email you a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label, attach it to the package, and follow the instructions provided.

Return Shipping (Prepaid Label)
We cover return shipping for approved returns by providing a prepaid label. Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Original Shipping Fees
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (wrong item, damage in transit, or defective on arrival).

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@planteralab.com and include photos of:

  • The product

  • The outer packaging and shipping label
    We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item (if eligible).

Additional Notes
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.
